Went on for about 2-3 minutes then they flew away in different directions. Not flying in a pattern. Could be projector lights but I doubt it. One of them stopped suddenly and stood there for more than 30 mins, then we left. It kept changing size - getting bigger and smaller, even flashed several times. More than 5 sightings were reported today over Seoul in different locations.

I was walking around and saw this peculiar object that was hovering above a lamp. I thought it was a plastic bag at first but then started flying away from us. It appeared to look like a black dot but was hard to see exactly at eye level.

This was seen at a Pine Trees beach on the big island of Hawaii. It was first noticed by two of my friends who stopped what they were talking about mid conversation to point out this object.
